2026 Annual Meeting

Registration is now open for the 2026 Annual Meeting, held at the Rainbow Hotel and Convention Center in West Wendover, NV. 

Early Bird pricing is in effect until September 30, registration prices go up on October 1.

Call for Board of Directors Vacancies

We are currently looking for members who are interested in volunteering to serve on the UGCSA Board of Directors. Serving on the board is a great way to help guide the future of the association, support the members, and contribute to the continued success of UGCSA. The time commitment is very minimal, but we are looking for members who are willing to share their time, ideas, experience, and enthusiasm to keep UGCSA education, events, and participation progressing. Below are the positions that are needing to be filled:

-Two Superintendent Directors (3 year term) 

-One Assistant Superintendent Liaison (1 year term)

-One Affiliate Liaison (2 year term)

The Board meets on an as needed basis, usually three to four times a year, in a central location or via video call. We’ve come a long way and want to keep our chapter successful and engaging for everyone! Voting for these positions will take place at the Annual Education Conference & Trade Show.
